Equipment:

Multitrack Digital Recording System(track count: up to 112 tracks):

_Apogee, Digidesign and Focusrite 24 bit/192kHz A/D converters and interfaces, (2) Alesis HD-24s, 2 spare, BRC remote/ editor, ProTools, Cubase 4 and Bias PEAK software. Focusrite, Trillium Labs, Antares and KS Waves plug-ins include Waves: Gold, Renaissance, SSL and Restoration bundles, plus hardware and software versions of Antares pitch correction. All systems are file-interchangeable for compatibility with other pro studio systems for ease of transfer of projects between studios.

Main Console: 

Custom-built European D&R Orion digitally controlled 56-input analog console. Modeled after the famed Neve Series V consoles, the Orion features 200kHz analog bandwidth and that “phat” sound mostly missing in lesser, off-the-shelf modern consoles.

DAT Recorders:
(2)Tascam DA-45HR 24-bit; (2)Tascam DA-30 MKII 16-bit. 

Compact Disc Recorders:
_Several Multiple-bin automated duplicators and on-disc printers; complete in-house, short run duplication services available.

Analog Recorders:

Equalizers:
Focusrite Red 2, NightPro EQ3D, SPL EQ Magix, Rane PE-15 5-band parametric; the D&R console has 4-band sweepable EQ on each input.

Monitoring:
_JBL LSR4326 self-equalizing monitors with LSR4312 Subwoofer, featuring Room Mode Correction Function: Mackie, Tascam, Furman and Behringer headphone amps (can output to as many as 24 pairs of headphones), (10) AT M40 studiophones, (4) AKG 240M headphones. Up to 5 independent headphone mixes can be provided. 

Instruments:
Hobart Cable 7ft grand piano. Ensoniq ASR-10 sampler/keyboard (w/16 meg RAM, 730 meg HD, and 3000+ samples on CD-ROM), Alesis SR-16 drum machine, 1960's-vintage 5-piece Ludwig drum kit with Zyldjian hats, ride and crash, LP solid mahogany congas, G&L SB-1 bass, Martin D-18 guitar, Fender electric mandolin, Gibson F5 mandolin; various percussion toys.

Other Equipment:
_Mackie 1604VLZ mixer, Mackie Onyx 1220 mixer, Sony and Yamaha CD players, Numark USB turntable, Tascam LA-40 line amp, various audio and MIDI patchbays, etc.

Rooms:
_Drum room, piano room, main room, amp room, (2) isolated booths, and control room. Main room is 16' X 22', drum room 10' X 14', piano room24’ X 22’, booths are 8' X 10' and 6' X 12', amp room is 4' X 8'. Control room has had an 89Hz-tuned bass trap installed for truer low-end monitoring perception; the drum room floor is lined with 200 pounds of sheet lead for isolation and stability, and the main room has 300 pounds of lead lining for the same purpose. Double-paned windows and CCTV cameras allow visual communication between rooms. Audio communication is accomplished via talkback system.
